Gamification & Education to Nurture Intrapreneurship at Enterprise

The innovative GENIE Model of Intrapreneurship in Micro/Small&Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It outlines mechanisms for MSMEs to implement intrapreneurship involving and engaging staff and management to develop new ideas, business and management processes, products and services - all to sustain MSMEs’ innovation, competitiveness, growth.
This innovative model builds on the following elements:

  1. Concepts of Intrapreneurship
  2. Intrapreneurship best practices/lessons learned/case studies from large corporations
  3. Extrapolation of essential elements of intrapreneurship benchmarked with reality of a microenterprise: features of MSME Vs large corporation, i.e smaller, leaner, less resources, less structured, easier to spot talent, more expensive to train/retrain, etc.
  4. Benchmark of the above elements with the EU Entrepreneurship Competence Framework INNOVATION PR2 is a great innovation: today nothing like PR2 “Intrapreneurship Innovative Model for MSME” exists.

    Our research has mapped the current situation of intrapreneurship of EU Micro/Small/Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). As a result, we have produced an innovative Model that outlines mechanisms for MSMEs to implement intrapreneurship by engaging staff and management to develop new ideas, business and management processes, products and services - all to sustain MSMEs’ innovation, competitiveness and growth.
