The GENIE project - funded as part of the Erasmus+ initiative and running since the beginning of 2022 - has developed, tested and finalized a variety of training materials on intrapreneurship over the past 23 months. A board game was also designed to bring this idea to companies in a playful way.

As part of the face-to-face event on December 1, 2023 in Stuttgart, the project manager of d-ialogo (the owner Hans-Jürgen Dorr) had the opportunity not only to present the experiences and findings as well as all materials in detail to the participants, but also to try them out and discuss them. The stakeholders from companies and the consulting scene were enthusiastic about the content and methodology of transferring this topic to employees.
