The GENIE project, funded by the European Erasmus+ initiative, aims to contribute to the competitiveness of small and micro enterprises by developing practice-oriented tools such as training materials or a game. The aim is to promote entrepreneurial thinking and action among employees in the sense of intrapreneurship as well as to raise awareness of this important topic among students, training providers, newcomers and interested parties.

As part of the event supported and organized by d-ialogo and the Institute of Ergonomics at RWTH Aachen University (IAW), Hans-Jürgen Dorr, head of the GENIE project, had the opportunity to present and play all the tools and the GENIE game. The target group of scientific employees was very open to the intrapreneurship approach and sees this - also for their own future activities in other organizations - as a good opportunity to use the innovative ability and commitment of employees and thus ensure competitiveness.

The project will be completed at the end of 2023 - the outstanding response in the public media and the usability of all materials in the coming years guarantee further dissemination of the materials.
