University of Dubrovnik
Sveučilište u Dubrovniku je javno sveučilište osnovano 2003. godine sa sjedištem u Dubrovniku, Hrvatska. Sastoji se od sedam odjela s 257 zaposlenika, od kojih je 90 doktora znanosti. Odjel za ekonomiju i poslovnu ekonomiju (EPE) osnovan je 1970. godine kao Fakultet za turizam i vanjsku trgovinu Dubrovnik. Vizija i misija Sveučilišta su postati međunarodno priznata institucija koja aktivno doprinosi lokalnoj, nacionalnoj i međunarodnoj akademskoj zajednici kroz obrazovanje i znanstveni rad usklađen s najvišim standardima izvrsnosti. Danas je EPE uključen u nekoliko projekata i obrazovnih aktivnosti usmjerenih na razumijevanje digitalne transformacije i načina na koji mijenja način života i rada ljudi, kao i na izgradnju vještina zapošljavanja među studentima. Unutar EPE -a djeluje i Centar za istraživanje digitalne transformacije CREDO. CREDO će svojim vještinama i znanjem aktivno doprinositi aktivnostima projekta. CREDO je uključen u aktivnosti na izgradnji vještina u području digitalnog poduzetništva kroz projekte strateškog partnerstva Erasmus+ IDEA, E+ SLEM i ESSENCE. Također ima iskustvo u izgradnji suradnje sveučilišta i industrije kroz aktivnosti CBHE-a u ulozi koordinatora i partnera. CREDO je koordinator Erasmus+ CBHE projekta ELEGANT koji razvija industrijski orijentiranu obrazovnu praksu ICT sveučilišta u Jordanu i Libanonu s ciljem jačanja transverzalnih vještina studenata. Osoblje CREDO-a uključeno je u projekt E4 financiran od ESF-a koji ima za cilj poboljšati kvalitetu, relevantnost i učinkovitost visokog obrazovanja kroz razvoj i korištenje suvremenih nastavnih metoda i projekt Opera II s ciljem jačanja znanstveno-poslovne suradnje u procjeni potreba tržišta rada i razvoj ljudskih potencijala u Hrvatskoj. Tijekom godina, sadašnji članovi CREDO -a bili su uključeni u kreiranje i izvođenje programa cjeloživotnog učenja usmjerenih na povećanje vještina zapošljivosti diplomanata i nezaposlenih osoba. Njegovi istraživači objavili su svoja istraživanja o temama relevantnim za temu projekta u vodećim svjetskim znanstvenim časopisima iz područja ekonomije, poput European Economic Review, Journal of Business Research, Small Business Economics, Journal of Transfer Technology, Research Policy, Technovatoin ili Regional Studies. Budući da se nalazi u Hrvatskoj, ima bogato iskustvo s modernizacijom kurikuluma i prilagođavanjem svojih programa kako bi bolje zadovoljilo potrebe tržišta rada u turbulentnom tranzicijskom okruženju.
d-ialogo
The internationally operating consultancy firm d-ialogo has been successfully operating for 16 years. We are focusing on demographic change, change management of SME and workability of staff and management. d-ialogo was founded by Hans-Jürgen Dorr, an economist with interest in the development of entrepreneurs and the development of companies in cooperation with the staff. Clients include SMEs, especially in the manufacturing industries, german national and state ministries, municipalities, insurance companies, trade and industry confederations and others. Hans-Jürgen Dorr and his team worked extensively on Erasmus+, Equal and Adapt projects (financed by the European Commission). He is one of the leading experts around demographic change in Germany. d-ialogo assists institutions in the development and implementation of qualifications and trainings through state-of-the-art technologies, methodologies and learning solutions. One focus tackles the issue of curriculum writing, foremost the entire development of the Demografie-Lotsen and workability trainings, on behalf of the german government.
CIT
The CIT GmbH is the Regional Development Agency (RDA) of the Federal District Spree-Neisse. The CIT GmbH carries out all relevant activities of an RDA like settlement and support service of companies and support service of new business (Entrepreneurship Incubator). Furthermore, the CIT GmbH is responsible for the broadband development in the district and is active in the development as well as company of German-Polish contacts. With the structural change in the region and the associated loss of jobs and know-how (brain drain) the CIT GmbH is searching for new markets for companies of the district to keep the skilled workers in the region. The CIT GmbH is experienced in the project work at Land, Federal and EU level. The projects are mostly focused on the needs of enterprises starting from investments up to personnel qualification. The CIT GmbH provides a whole chain of supporting opportunities for potential entrepreneurs, starting with low-level offers to gain entrepreneurial competencies, advise well before and afterwards the real start of a business, micro financing and European exchange of entrepreneurs.
IDP
IDP, with branch offices in Italy and in Brussels, was established in 1996 by partners working since 1991 in Brussels in the frame of EU policies and EU funding programmes. It relies on more than 20 years of experience in the development, submission and management of successful EU projects. Since 1999, IDP develops and carries out also specialised training courses for VET and Adult learners focused exclusively on EU related issues (EU Institutions, policies, programmes, project management etc), delivering an average of +1000 hrs/year of training to +550 adult attendees/year. IDP organises also study visits in Brussels to the EU Institutions or the participation of groups of AL to major EU events (such as the Open Days of DG Regio); moreover, it takes part in all EU events held in Brussels (Info days, conferences, meetings etc) and has regulars contacts with officers and representatives of Brussels-based Institutions, practitioners, associations and projects. As a training service provider, IDP organises, manages and delivers high quality specialised training for Local and other public authorities, focusing on the various aspects of project management, planning, financial management, implementation, fund-raising, etc In addition to serving the public and third sector, IDP offers services to institutional clients from both national and regional governments. Moreover, IDP is currently a contractor of the EU Institutions/Agencies having been awarded in 2010 two contracts on the basis of competitive bidding.
IHF
IHF, Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires asbl, is a non-profit organisation established in Brussels (Belgium) in 2003. The principal aim of IHF is to provide the community (including non-profit and local authorities) with assistance for the development of a wider international cooperation through activities of specialised training on European policies and the dissemination of European values. One of the means to reach this objective is the organisation of highly specialised courses and seminars focused at the development of European projects. The courses focus on EU Policies and Legislation, International Relations and Project Management, promoting the possibility to participate in EU-funded programmes. IHF organises also study groups to Brussels for young graduates, local authorities’ representatives, SMEs, Universities, promoting mobility activities at different training levels. Since 2004 IHF organised more than 40 study visits to Brussels for more than 500 people. IHF took part as associate partner in previous EU funded projects, contributing mainly to Disseminaton and exploitation activities. IHF provides further assistance through continuous monitoring of EU legislation and European Institution activities, and consequent spread of related information, assistance in the search for partners and building up of networks. Thanks to its presence in Brussels IHF asbl developed relevant experience in the organisation of Dissemination and Valorisation activities at EU level, through contacts with MEPs, other European associations and Institutions, stakeholders, consumers groups etc.
