Sveučilište u Dubrovniku je javno sveučilište osnovano 2003. godine sa sjedištem u Dubrovniku, Hrvatska. Sastoji se od sedam odjela s 257 zaposlenika, od kojih je 90 doktora znanosti. Odjel za ekonomiju i poslovnu ekonomiju (EPE) osnovan je 1970. godine kao Fakultet za turizam i vanjsku trgovinu Dubrovnik. Vizija i misija Sveučilišta su postati međunarodno priznata institucija koja aktivno doprinosi lokalnoj, nacionalnoj i međunarodnoj akademskoj zajednici kroz obrazovanje i znanstveni rad usklađen s najvišim standardima izvrsnosti. Danas je EPE uključen u nekoliko projekata i obrazovnih aktivnosti usmjerenih na razumijevanje digitalne transformacije i načina na koji mijenja način života i rada ljudi, kao i na izgradnju vještina zapošljavanja među studentima.
Unutar EPE -a djeluje i Centar za istraživanje digitalne transformacije CREDO. CREDO će svojim vještinama i znanjem aktivno doprinositi aktivnostima projekta. CREDO je uključen u aktivnosti na izgradnji vještina u području digitalnog poduzetništva kroz projekte strateškog partnerstva Erasmus+ IDEA, E+ SLEM i ESSENCE. Također ima iskustvo u izgradnji suradnje sveučilišta i industrije kroz aktivnosti CBHE-a u ulozi koordinatora i partnera. CREDO je koordinator Erasmus+ CBHE projekta ELEGANT koji razvija industrijski orijentiranu obrazovnu praksu ICT sveučilišta u Jordanu i Libanonu s ciljem jačanja transverzalnih vještina studenata.
Osoblje CREDO-a uključeno je u projekt E4 financiran od ESF-a koji ima za cilj poboljšati kvalitetu, relevantnost i učinkovitost visokog obrazovanja kroz razvoj i korištenje suvremenih nastavnih metoda i projekt Opera II s ciljem jačanja znanstveno-poslovne suradnje u procjeni potreba tržišta rada i razvoj ljudskih potencijala u Hrvatskoj. Tijekom godina, sadašnji članovi CREDO -a bili su uključeni u kreiranje i izvođenje programa cjeloživotnog učenja usmjerenih na povećanje vještina zapošljivosti diplomanata i nezaposlenih osoba. Njegovi istraživači objavili su svoja istraživanja o temama relevantnim za temu projekta u vodećim svjetskim znanstvenim časopisima iz područja ekonomije, poput European Economic Review, Journal of Business Research, Small Business Economics, Journal of Transfer Technology, Research Policy, Technovatoin ili Regional Studies.
Budući da se nalazi u Hrvatskoj, ima bogato iskustvo s modernizacijom kurikuluma i prilagođavanjem svojih programa kako bi bolje zadovoljilo potrebe tržišta rada u turbulentnom tranzicijskom okruženju.

IHF, Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires asbl, is a non-profit organisation established in Brussels (Belgium) in 2003.
The principal aim of IHF is to provide the community (including non-profit and local authorities) with assistance for the development of a wider international cooperation through activities of specialised training on European policies and the dissemination of European values.
One of the means to reach this objective is the organisation of highly specialised courses and seminars focused at the development of European projects. IDP, with branch offices in Italy and in Brussels, was established in 1996 by partners working since 1991 in Brussels in the frame of EU policies and EU funding programmes.
It relies on more than 20 years of experience in the development, submission and management of successful EU projects. Since 1999, IDP develops and carries out also specialised training courses for VET and Adult learners focused exclusively on EU related issues (EU Institutions, policies, programmes, project management etc), delivering an average of +1000 hrs/year of training to +550 adult attendees/year.
