IAL FVG

IAL FVG, which stands for “Innovazione Apprendimento Lavoro Friuli Venezia Giulia”, is part of the national network of IAL srl Impresa Sociale, one of the largest training institutes in Europe. It originated in the 1950s under the inspiration of Giulio Pastore, leader of the Cisl. For over sixty years, IAL FVG has been dedicated to the education, qualification, and professional, cultural, and social development of workers and entrepreneurs.

The institute has cultivated a close network and collaboration with the business world, the university system, and research, always with an eye towards innovation. Innovation, in terms of methodologies, teaching approaches, and services, is a key focus, along with the ability to anticipate and understand change, aiming for the progress of the community and the entrepreneurial fabric.

Today, IAL FVG operates as a non-profit social enterprise, aligning its activities and operations with public and collective interests.

In Italy, IAL FVG is recognized as a major provider of education and training services, covering a wide range of topics and themes. With 50 years of experience, 280 staff members (80% of whom are teaching staff), 8 training centers and 12,084 students, IAL FVG exemplifies excellence in Vocational Education and Training (VET) provision.
